พันธกรณีของประเทศต่างๆ ภายใต้ข้อตกลง

ความท้าทายและเสียงวิพากษ์วิจารณ์

ข้อตกลงปารีส: ความหวังที่ยังคงอยู่

แม้จะเผชิญกับอุปสรรคและความท้าทายมากมาย แต่ข้อตกลงปารีสยังคงเป็นความหวังสำคัญในการแก้ไขวิกฤตโลกร้อน มันเป็นกรอบความร่วมมือที่ช่วยให้ประเทศต่างๆ ทั่วโลกทำงานร่วมกันเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายเดียวกัน

ความสำเร็จของข้อตกลงปารีสขึ้นอยู่กับความมุ่งมั่น ความร่วมมือ และการลงมือทำอย่างจริงจังของทุกฝ่าย ทั้งภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาสังคม

การเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศเป็นปัญหาที่ซับซ้อนและเร่งด่วน แต่หากเราร่วมมือกันอย่างจริงจัง เราจะสามารถเอาชนะวิกฤตนี้และสร้างอนาคตที่ยั่งยืนให้กับโลกใบนี้ได้

ข้อตกลงปารีสไม่ใช่แค่เอกสารข้อตกลงธรรมดา แต่เป็นคำมั่นสัญญา เป็นความหวัง และเป็นแผนที่นำทางเราไปสู่อนาคตที่ดีกว่า มาร่วมกันทำให้ความหวังนี้กลายเป็นจริงกันเถอะครับ!

ทำไม? ถึงสนใจเรื่องกระท่อม

โดยปกติ เป็นคนกินกระท่อมหรือป่าว

กระท่อมในปัจจุบันมีกี่สายพันธุ์

เคล็ดลับความอร่อย

ปอกเปลือกกระเทียม ทุบให้ละเอียด ใส่ในกระทะเจียวพอหอม จากนั้นใส่ ผักเหลียงลงไป ผัดไปมา พอใบเริ่มสุก ใส่เครื่องปรุง น้ำมันหอย น้ำปลา น้ำตาล คนกันไปมาให้เข้าเนื้อ จากนั้นใส่ไข่ลงไปในกระทะ ผัดไปมาจนสุก ชิมรสตามชอบ เพียงแค่นี้เราก็อิ่มอร่อยกับเมนู “ผักเหลียงผัดไข่” กลิ่นหอมโชยมาชวนให้เกิดความหิวขึ้นมาทันที แล้วอย่างนี้จะรอช้าทำไม? ตักข้าวสิ!

อุทยานหินสวยที่สุดในเมืองไทย

ทุกครั้งที่ว่างเว้นจากการทำงาน หรือว่างจากเรื่องวุ่นวาย สิ่งที่กระตุ้นความอยาก! เที่ยวคือการปลดปล่อยอารมณ์ให้แล่นไปตามจังหวะชีวิต อยากกิน อยากเที่ยว อยากทำอะไร? เอาที่ใจชอบและไม่กระทบต่อการทำงาน เพราะช่วงเวลาที่หยุดพัก เรื่องงานพับเก็บใส่ลิ้นชัก หาเรื่องเที่ยวพักผ่อน ให้รางวัลกับตัวเอง หลังจากที่เหน็ดเหนื่อยมาทั้งอาทิตย์

ช่วงวันหยุดในสมองมีความคิดอยากเดินทาง และสิ่งที่แวบเข้ามาในสมองคือ เที่ยวที่ใกล้ไม่ไกล เดินทางสะดวกสบาย และเป็นสถานที่ ที่เราไม่เคยไปมาก่อน นั่งคิด นอนคิด คิด! คิด! สุดท้ายคิดออกบอกว่าอยากไป สถานที่ที่เขาบอกว่า “อุทยานหินที่สวยที่สุดในประเทศไทย” รู้ไหม? คือที่ใด หากไม่รู้? บอกให้ทราบก็ได้คือ “อุทยานหินเขางู” จังหวัดราชบุรี การเดินทางก็สะดวกสบาย ห่างจากกรุงเทพฯ 100 กว่าโลเท่านั้นเอง

อดีตเป็นมาอย่างไร? แค่อยากรู้!

สิ่งที่เราอยากรู้ อยากเห็นคือภูเขาหินที่สวยงาม ซึ่งในอดีตนั้นสถานที่แห่งนี้เดิมเป็นแหล่งระเบิดและย่อยหินที่สำคัญของไทยตั้งแต่สมัยต้นรัตนโกสินทร์ เนื่องจากเป็นปูน ที่มีคุณภาพดี ต่อมาทั้งภาครัฐและประชาชนได้เล็งเห็นถึงความเสื่อมโทรมของสภาพภูมิประเทศและวิวทิวทัศน์ อีกทั้งที่เขางูนี้ยังเป็น ศาสนสถานอันเก่าแก่ จึงได้มีการยกเลิกสัมปทานบริเวณนี้ไปจากนั้นเขางูกลายเป็นเหมืองร้างมีสภาพทรุดโทรม ทางจังหวัดราชบุรีจึง ได้พัฒนาเขางูให้เป็นสวนสาธารณะและสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวทางโบราณคดี นอกจากนี้ยังได้สร้างพระพุทธรูปหินขนาดใหญ่เต็มพื้นที่หน้าผา บริเวณอุทยานหินเขางู

จุดเช็คอิน แค่หยิบโทรศัพท์มาเซลฟี่ “ภาพสวยก็เป็นของเรา”

ภายในอุทยานหินเขางู มีสะพานแขวน เป็นจุดเซลฟี่ จุดเช็คอินให้คนทราบว่า “สถานที่แห่งนี้เรามาแล้วนะ!” และยังมีแนวสะพานล้อมรอบภูเขา ให้ทุกคนได้เดินชมความงดงามของภูเขาที่ตั้งโดดเด่นเป็นสง่า หรือน้องๆ คนไหน เดินมาก เมื่อยขา อยากนั่งเรือก็มีบริการให้ปั่นเล่น เป็นการผ่อนคลายได้เป็นอย่างดี

สำหรับท่านใดที่ไม่ว่าง แต่อยากไป ก็ทำตัวให้ว่าง แค่นี้เราก็ไปเติมพลังทางอาหารตา เจริญวัยด้วยการเสพย์ความสวยงาม แม้ว่าอากาศจะอบอ้าวร้อนไปสักหน่อย ก็ไม่ใช่ปัญหาสำหรับคนที่อยากเช็คอิน อยากเล่าเรื่องราวผ่านตัวหนังสือ บอกเพื่อน โชว์ภาพให้เพื่อนๆ อิจฉาเล่น ก็อย่าลืม “เซลฟี่” เก็บความสวยงามที่ครั้งหนึ่งเราประทับใจเป็นบันทึกความทรงจำเก็บสะสมสถานที่ ที่เราเคยไป!

คุณเชื่อหรือไม่? การปล่อยให้ตัวเองเสพย์ความสุข ผ่านการเดินทางที่เราชื่นชอบ เป็นการให้รางวัลที่คุ้มค่ามากที่สุด เพราะมีคนอีกจำนวนไม่น้อย ที่ไม่มีเวลาแม้แต่จะคิดเที่ยว ด้วยหน้าที่การงาน ความรับผิดชอบแต่ละคนไม่เหมือนกัน แต่ผมเชื่อว่าหากทุกคนมีเวลา มีโอกาส การเดินทางไปพักผ่อน เป็นอีกทางเลือกหนึ่งที่เราไม่ควรมองข้าม ให้เวลากับชีวิต ได้เติมเต็มความสุข แล้วความทุกข์ที่สะสมในใจของเราก็จะห่างหายในชั่วพริบตา

“วันใดที่เราสุข ขอให้เราคิดถึงความทุกข์ที่ผ่านมา และเมื่อไหร่ที่เราทุกข์ ขอให้เราจดจำวันที่เราพบกับความสุข” คิดได้เช่นนี้ แม้ภูผาจะแกร่งเพียงใดก็สู้ใจเราไม่ได้? เชื่อ! ผมเต๊อะ!

โอ้ย! ร้อน

ช่วงนี้เริ่มเข้าสู่หน้าร้อน อากาศอบอ้าว จะเดินไปทางไหน มีแต่เสียงพร่ำบ่นของผู้คน “ร้อน” บางคนปลดปล่อยอารมณ์ตัวเองด้วยการปลีกตัวไปเดินชอปปิง ตากแอร์ รับความเย็นฉ่ำในห้างสรพสินค้า หรือไม่ก็หอบหิ้วตัวเองไปสัมผัสลมเย็นริมทะเล

แต่มีอีกหลายคนที่ต้องทนทุกข์ ทำงาน ฝ่าลมแดด ทำงานไม่มีโอกาสหยุดพักผ่อน ไม่ใช่ทำงานเพราะจำเป็น แต่เป็นหน้าที่ ที่เราต้องรับผิดชอบ การจะปลีกตัวเองไปเที่ยวรับแอร์ หรือพักผ่อน มีเวลาเพียงแค่วันหยุดเท่านั้น แต่หากวันหยุด ไม่อยากไปไหน นอนพักผ่อนที่บ้าน ตากลมนั่งดูทีวี ก็ต้องมีอะไรมาผ่อนคลายให้หายร้อน สร้างความกระชุ่มกระชวยให้กับตัวเอง และเครื่องดื่มที่เติมเต็มความสดชื่นให้กับเราได้ดี ในช่วงหน้าร้อนมีอะไรบ้าง ที่น่าสนใจ และมีคุณค่าประโยชน์อย่างไร? ไม่ควรพลาดด้วยประการทั้งปวงนะครับ

สิ่งแรกที่เราคิดถึง ในยามที่เจออากาศร้อนๆ เหงื่อโชกอยากผ่อนคลายให้ร่างกายสดชื่น สิ่งที่เราพบบ่อยมากที่สุดคือหิวกระหาย และสิ่งที่ช่วยเราได้ดีที่สุดคือ “เครื่องดื่ม” เย็นๆ สักแก้ว กินแล้วชื่นใจ รู้ไหม? มีอะไรบ้าง?

น้ำแตงโม

กินแล้วสดชื่น คลายร้อนได้อย่างดี แต่รู้ไหม? แตงโมในตำราแพทย์บอกกล่าวเอาไว้ว่า แตงโม มีสรรพคุณเป็นยาสมุนไพร โรคบิด ท้องร่วง ใช้ราก แก้ร้อนใน กระหายน้ำ อีกทั้งยังช่วยขับปัสาวะ บำรุงร่างกาย แก้อ่อนเพลีย เวลาที่เหนื่อยจากการทำงาน ทานน้ำแตงโมเย็นๆ ช่วยได้นะรู้ยัง!

เนื้อแตงโมมีไลโคปีน

มีหลายคนสงสัยว่า “ไลโคปีน” (Lycopene) เกี่ยวอะไรกับเนื้อแตงโม ก็เพราะไลโคปีน มีส่วนช่วยในการต้านอนุมูลอิสระ ช่วยลดความเสี่ยงในการเกิดโรคมะเร็ง และโรคหัวใจ อีกทั้งยังช่วยลดระดับน้ำตาลและไขมันในเลือด

แตงโมมีดีไม่ใช่คลายร้อน แต่มีเบต้าแคโรทีน

เนื้อแตงโมมากไปด้วยสารอาหารอย่าง “เบตาแคโรทีน” (Beta-Carotene) ที่ช่วยสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันให้กับร่างกาย ช่วยลดอาการติดเชื้อ อักเสบในระบบทางเดินอาหาร และช่วยบำรุงสายตา นอกจากนี้น้ำแตงโมยังช่วยบำรุงผิวพรรณให้ดูดี และสร้างความแข็งแรงให้กับเส้นผมด้วย

ลดน้ำหนักกินแตงโมช่วยได้

สาวๆ หรือหนุ่มๆ ที่อยากโชว์หุ่น ไม่อยากอ้วน ลงพุง กินแตงโมช่วยในเรื่องของการลดน้ำหนักได้ เพราะแตงโมมีโพแทสเซียม แคลเซียม ฟอสฟอรัส ที่ช่วยฟื้นฟูร่างกาย มีปริมาณคาร์โบไฮเดรตต่ำจึงทำให้มีพลังงานน้อย  ไม่มีไขมัน และมีกากใยสูง มีปริมาณน้ำมากกินแล้วอิ่มเร็ว

รู้ไหม? น้ำแตงโมช่วยซ่อมแซมเนื้อเยื่อ

บางคนกินเป็นอย่างเดียว เห้นแล้วกิน แต่ไม่รู้ว่าแตงโมมีประโยชน์อย่างไรบ้าง? และสิ่งที่เราไม่รู้คือน้ำแตงโมสดที่ไม่ผ่านความร้อน จะมีกรดอมิโนชื่อว่า citrulline ซึ่งกรดอะมิโนตัวนี้ใช้เป็นสารตั้งต้นในการสร้างอาร์จีนิน (arginine) กรดอะมิโนอีกตัวที่จำเป็นสำหรับร่างกาย ทำหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิตและหลั่งโกรทฮอร์โมน (growth hormone) ที่เป็นตัวช่วยกระตุ้นการสร้างและซ่อมแซมเนื้อเยื่อส่วนต่างๆ ช่วยกระตุ้นการสร้างโปรตีนในกล้ามเนื้อ จึงช่วยลดอาการปวดเมื่อยจากการออกกำลังกายได้

เห็นไหม? ว่า น้ำแตงโมมีประโยชน์? มากมาย แต่ไม่ใช่ว่าแตงโมจะไม่มีข้อเสีย เพราะการกินแตงโมเยอะๆ ไม่ได้ช่วยให้มีพลังงานเยอะสักเท่าไหร่ มีปริมาณน้ำตาลก้ไม่ใช่น้อยเช่นกัน อย่างเรากินแตงโม 100 กรัม จะมีน้ำตาลประมาณ 6 กรัม หรือเท่ากับน้ำตาลทราย 1 ช้อนครึ่ง หากเรากินเยอะเกินความจำเป้น อาจทำให้อ้วนได้เหมือนกันนะ และอีกอย่างที่ทางการแพทย์แจ้งมาคือการกินแตงโมเยอะๆ อาจทำให้อาหารไม่ย่อยหรือเกิดอาการท้องเสียได้ เพราะน้ำแตงโมจะเข้าไปละลายน้ำย่อยในกระเพาะอาหารให้เจือจาง และสำหรับคนที่เป็นโรคไตก็ต้องจำกัดปริมาณน้ำ ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการกินน้ำแตงโม เพราะจะทำให้ไตทำงานหนักเกินไป รู้แล้วควรระมัดระวังเกี่ยวกับการกินด้วย อย่าตามใจปากจนเคยชิน!

เครื่องดื่มที่ช่วยทำให้ร่างกายสดชื่นมีอยู่มากมาย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นน้ำผลไม้ปั่น เครื่องดื่มชูกำลัง หรือผลไม้ ล้วนแต่สร้างความกระชุ่มกระชวยให้เราสดชื่นอยู่ทุกลมหายใจ แต่ก็ควรระมัดระวังในเรื่องของการกินด้วย เพราะอากาศร้อนโรคที่ตามมาก็มากหลายเช่นกัน การกินโดยที่ไม่คำนึงถึงผลที่จะได้รับ มักทำให้เราเกิดทุกข์ตามมาได้เช่นกัน
