คำว่า “Buna” มาจากภาษาอัมฮาริค (Amharic) ประเทศเอธิโอเปีย มีความหมายว่า “Coffee” เอธิโอเปีย ถือเป็นต้นกำเนิดของกาแฟ ซึ่งเมล็ดกาแฟเอธิโอเปียจะมีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว นอกจากกลิ่นจะหอมแล้ว รสชาติของกาแฟยังมีรสเปรี้ยว สดชื่นอีกด้วย ร้าน “Buna Organic Coffee” ใช้วัตถุดิบออร์กานิค 100% ปราศจากสารเคมี ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเมล็ดกาแฟที่ปลูกเองจาก อ. ดอยสะเก็ด จ.เชียงใหม่  หรือผักปลอดสารพิษที่ทางร้านปลูกเองจากฟาร์มที่ จ.นครนายก คัดสรรอย่างพิถีพิถันทุกขั้นตอนเพื่อคุณภาพที่ดีที่สุด

เพียงก้าวแรกที่เข้ามาในร้าน คุณจะได้สัมผัสกับความหอมของกลิ่นกาแฟที่บดใหม่ ภายในร้านจะตกแต่งสไตล์ลอฟท์ เพดานสูง ดิบๆ เท่ๆ คุมโทนสีโมโนโครม (Monochrome) สีขาว-ดำ-น้ำตาล มีกระจกใสบานใหญ่รอบทิศ เปิดรับแสงธรรมชาติ และความร่มรื่นของต้นไม้ใหญ่ และพืชพรรณ จากภายนอก สร้างบรรยากาศที่อบอุ่น โปร่ง สบาย และที่สำคัญยังมีมุมนั่งเล่น หลายมุม หลายโซน เพื่อตอบโจทย์ไลฟ์สไตล์ที่แตกต่างของลูกค้า ไม่ว่าจะเป็นโซฟาวินเทจนั่งสบาย โต๊ะไม้ขนาดใหญ่สำหรับนั่งหลายๆ คน  หรือ counter ไม้ยาวโซนริมกระจก สำหรับคนติสท์ๆ อาร์ทๆ ที่ชอบนั่งทอดอารมณ์ เสพบรรยากาศภายนอก โซนตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ และโซนเอ้าท์ดอร์ให้คุณได้ใกล้ชิดกับธรรมชาติ สัมผัสลมเย็นที่กระทบผิวกายคุณ

เครื่องดื่ม signature ของทางร้าน คือ Espresso Cold รสชาติเข้มข้น Matcha Coffee Latte ซึ่งผสมผสานระหว่างชาเขียว รสชาติกลมกล่อมลงตัว และ Piccolo Late ลาเต้ร้อนไซส์เล็ก เหมาะสำหรับคนชอบกินกาแฟเข้มๆ จะมีขนาด 90-100 ml สำหรับคอกาแฟดริป ที่ร้านมีเมล็ดกาแฟขาย สามารถให้ทางร้านบดเมล็ดกาแฟแบบหยาบเพื่อนำไปดริปเองที่บ้านได้ด้วย

Make your way to the newly opened stylish café D’ARK by world-awarded coffee roaster Phillip Di Bella, to experience artisanal coffee and other delectable pleasures sitting on G Floor, Helix Quartier at The EmQuartier connected to BTS Phrom Phong. Once you step in this sophisticated black & white, loft-styled café, you will spot a series of coffee grinders placed on the counter while sensing the delicious aroma of roasted coffees, directly sourced form passionate farmer, that awakens your energy.

For those who love long black coffees, I suggest you try cold brew. Some people get confused and can find no difference between cold brew and iced coffee. While ice coffee takes a few minutes to produce, the cold brew process can take up to 24 hours to produce an impeccably smooth and rich infusion with bright, juicy acidity. At D’ARK, its complex flavors extracted for 6-8 hours with cold drip method from fine grind single origin coffee. Served on ice. The must-try origins for cold brew are Kenya and Peru beans. Also enjoy a slower pace of life with slow drip! Hand-pour-over effectively extracts create the smoothest flavours from medium grind single origin coffee using a microfiltration process. Served hot or on ice.

Also try French Press – a thick coffee from coarse grind single origin beans expressing full aromas in a press-pot as well as Aero Press, using air pressure method to yield the more intense and rich origin coffee you ever had.

If you are craving something sweet, try Banana Pancakes and some sweet bites like Pistachio Raspberry Mignon, Choux a la Crème, Matcha Canelé and Mini Brownie.
